Ammesso brings emotion to the plate – with him you can taste heart, past and vision in every bite.
Ammesso, whose full name is Omar Ouardaoui, is not only the founder of Kulinarium but also its creative core. He discovered his passion for cooking at an early age – inspired by the flavors of his childhood and a deep love of Mediterranean cuisine.
Trained in various European kitchens, he quickly developed his own style: powerful, personal and full of emotion.
For Ammesso, cooking is not a job – it is language, identity, and a daily declaration of love for life.
